UNLESS/AS LONG AS/PROVIDED (THAT)

I have realized that the above mentioned expressions represent some difficulties to the learner and I therefore would like to try to explain

them a little bit. In the two windows you see further down (or here AS LONG AS) I give you the explanation of how to use unless and how to use provided/as long as.
