Learning/teaching in the 21st century/E/D/I

English/Deutsch/italiano

Indifferent of whether you are a teacher or a student, teamwork is essential! Nowadays, it’s not only teachers who ask questions, it’s also the learners who do and they especially want to figure out the answers by themselves and analyse content critically.

The teachers should sometimes ask the students what they really want to know and not just teach them what’s on the schedule.

Try to motivate others and, of course, also yourself. (More on this on my website:)

SOME QUOTATIONS ABOUT LEARNING

1.You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will (curiosity/die Neugier/la curiosità) continue the learning process as long as he lives. (as long as/solange/finché) – Clay P.Bedford

2.A single conversation with a wise man is better than ten years of study – Chinese Proverb (wise/weise/saggio- better than/besser als/meglio di)

3.You don’t understand anything until you learn it more than one way. – Marvin Minsky

4. I’ve never in my life learned anything from any man who agreed with me. (who agreed with me/der mit mir einverstanden war/chi è stato d’accordo con me) -Dudley Field Malone
